The structure/buildings located on this property have been declared dangerous and subject to removal by Pointe Coupee Parish Government and/or its agent pursuant to Chapter 16 Article III of the Pointe Coupee Parish Code of Ordinances. The owner(s) of the property have 30 days
from publication of this notice to remove or repair the structure/buildings, to a condition acceptable by the Parish building official and/or file an appeal for a hearing before the Pointe Coupee Parish Council. Failure to comply in 30 days will result in the demolition of the structures/buildings at the property owner’s expense.
