Notice is given that SHARON ADAMS SMITH as co-Executrix and, SCOTT HUDSON SMITH as co-Executor of the SUCCESSION OF EDWIN BOMER SMITH, JR, has pursuant to the provisions of Articles 3198 and 3229 of the Louisiana Code of Civil Procedure, petitioned the Court for an order granting authorization to extend, renew and/or modify the terms of existing commercial real estate loans held by Pinnacle Bank, A Tennessee State Bank, which are secured by immovable properties located in Greenville, South Carolina in which the estate of EDWIN BOMER SMITH, JR., has an undivided ownership interest and further, to extend, renew and/or modify the terms of the existing lease with CVS associated with these properties as may be required and/or necessary. The Order may be issued after the expiration of seven (7) days from the date of this publication, and any opposition must be filed prior to the issuance of the Order. If no opposition is filed, the Court may grant the authority requested at any time after the expiration of seven (7) days from the date of this publication.
