By virtue of and to satisfy a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued in the above numbered and entitled suit, directed to me by the Honorable 18th Judicial District Court in and for the Parish of Pointe Coupee, State of Louisiana, the undersigned Sheriff has seized and will offer for sale at public auction in the Sheriff’s Office, located near the front door of the Courthouse in New Roads, in the Parish of Pointe Coupee, on Wednesday the 15th of July, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A M, the following Described Property, to wit:
The property described in the Act of Mortgage is described as follows:
A certain tract or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all the rights, ways, privileges, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the Parish of Pointe Coupee, State of Louisiana, in Delta Place Subdivision, and which said lot is fully shown and designated as Lot 136, on the official plat of survey of said subdivision
made by Daryl B. Patin dated September 18, 1990, filed and recorded under entry Number 010 of conveyance book 350, records of Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana.
Said lot has a front of 90.0 feet on the western right of way limit of Delta Place Road, and having such dimensions and measurements as shown on said plat, reference being herewith specially made to said plat of survey for greater certainty of description. Said Lot 136 having a front of 90.0’ on the western right of way limit of Delta Lane by a depth on its north side of 91.5° and on its south side of 91.5’, to a rear or west sideline as shown on said map. Said Lot 136 bounded on the east by Delta Lane, north by Lot 137 and south by Lot 135 of said subdivision, and west by property of Dr. E. J. Loupe or assigns.
