By virtue of and to satisfy a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued in the above numbered and entitled suit, directed to me by the Honorable 18th Judicial District Court in and for the Parish of Pointe Coupee, State of Louisiana, the undersigned Sheriff has seized and will offer for sale at public auction in the Sheriff’s Civil Office, located in the rear of the Courthouse in New Roads, in the Parish of Pointe Coupee, on Wednesday the 22nd of April, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A M, the following Described Property, to wit:
A certain lot or parcel land, together with all the buildings and improvements thereon, and with all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
anywise appertaining, situated in the City of New Roads, Parish of Pointe Coupee, State of Louisiana, in the Tumminello Addition to the Town of New Roads, and being known and designated as Lot Number Eleven (11) of said Tumminello Addition, according to the plat of survey made by S. N. Garrett, Parish Surveyor, dated January 10, 1940, filed
and recorded under Entry No. 2496 of Book “Q”, Conveyance Records of the Parish of Pointe Coupee, Louisiana, which plat of survey is made a part hereof by reference for
greater certainty of description. Said Lot No. Eleven (11) has a front on Louisiana Avenue of Sixty-four (64) feet by a depth between parallel lines of one hundred forty (140) feet, and is bounded in front or east by Louisiana Avenue, north by Daisy Street, west by property formerly of Josephine C. Tumminello, and south by Lot No. 12 of
said Tumminello Addition.
