By virtue of and to satisfy a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued in the above numbered and entitled suit, directed to me by the Honorable 18th Judicial District Court in and for the Parish of Pointe Coupee, State of Louisiana, the undersigned Sheriff has seized and will offer for sale at public auction in the Sheriff’s Office, located near the front door of the courthouse in New Roads, in the Parish of Pointe Coupee, on Wednesday the 27th of May, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A M, the following Described Property, to wit:
A certain lot or parcel of ground, together with all
buildings and improvements located thereon or in anywise
appertaining, situated in the City of New Roads, Parish
of Pointe Coupee, State of Louisiana, being designated as
LOT FIFTY-SIX (56) in Major Bros Subdivision Number 3, on
the official plat of survey made by Fred J. Cunningham,
Registered Land Surveyor, dated March 19, 1997, filed and
recorded under Entry No. 133 of the Conveyance Book 430
and Map Book Five ( 5 ), Entry 870 of the records of the
Clerk and Recorder for the Parish of Pointe Coupee, State
of Louisiana, said Lot 56 having those same measurements
and dimensions as shown on said map of record.
