By virtue of and to satisfy a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued in the above numbered and entitled suit, directed to me by the Honorable 18th Judicial District Court in and for the Parish of Pointe Coupee, State of Louisiana, the undersigned Sheriff has seized and will offer for sale at public auction in the Sheriff’s Civil Office, located in the rear of the Courthouse in New Roads, in the Parish of Pointe Coupee, on Wednesday the 10th of June, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A M, the following Described Property, to wit:
A certain tract or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and all rights, ways, privileges, appurtenances and advantages thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in the City of New Roads, Parish of Pointe Coupee, State of Louisiana, designated as tract 4A, (11.58 Acres), on a map or plat of survey made by James H. Chustz, Jr., Professional Land Surveyor, dated August 19, 2015, Entitled “Plat Showing Survey of Tract 4A being four (4) tracts of Land Consolidated into One (1) tract of Land Belonging to the Sally Ann Altazin Grezaffi Estate Formerly a Portion of a Tract of Land Acquired by Sam Grezaffi from Joel Deville Located in Section 43, T4S-R10E Southeastern Land District, West of the Mississippi River, Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana,” filed and recorded in the records of Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana, said tract 4A fronting 105.00 feet LA Highway 1 (Parent Street), and having such dimensions and measurements as shown on said plat, reference being herewith specially made to said plat of survey for greater certainty of description; subject to restrictions, servitudes, rights-of-way and outstanding mineral rights of record affecting the property.
