By virtue of and to satisfy a Writ of Seizure and Sale issued in the above numbered and entitled suit, directed to me by the Honorable 18th Judicial District Court in and for the Parish of Pointe Coupee, State of Louisiana, the undersigned Sheriff has seized and will offer for sale at public auction in the Sheriff’s Civil Office, located in the rear of the Courthouse in New Roads, in the Parish of Pointe Coupee, on Wednesday the 15th of July, 2026 beginning at 10:00 A M, the following Described Property, to wit:
A certain tract or parcel of land, together with all buildings and improvements thereon, and with all rights, ways, privileges, servitudes and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining, situated in Section 17, Township 5 South, Range 8 East, Parish of Pointe Coupee, State of Louisiana, which tract or parcel of land is shown and designated as LOT L-3-A on a plat of survey made by Charles R. St. Romain, R.P.L.S., dated September 18, 2012, a certified copy of which is filed and recorded in the public records of Pointe Coupee Parish, Louisiana, which plat of survey is made a part hereof by reference for greater certainty of description. Said Lot L-3-A contains 5.00 acres and has such measurements, dimensions, bearings and boundaries as are more particularly shown on the aforementioned plat of survey.
