Louis “Oonie” Charles Chustz, a resident of Erwinville, passed away on Saturday, December 30, 2023 at the age of 63. He enjoyed lifting weights and running. He was a kind-hearted, loving soul who would help anyone who needed it. Despite the trials and tribulations, he experienced in life, he always looked for the good in others. His absence will be felt by all who had the privilege to cross paths with him.
He is survived by his sisters, Paula Bonstaff (T.J.), Michelle Chustz (Daniel Hillhouse), and Tammey Chustz Fabre; nephews and nieces, Will (Katie), Oren, Daniel, Abigail (Lex), Leah, Ashlyn (Thomas), Montana (Daniel), and Michael; and great-nieces and nephews, Wyatt, Jase, Kadan, Nolen, and Kadan. He is preceded in death by his parents, Ivan and Mildred Chustz. A visitation will be held at Niland’s Funeral Home in New Roads on Thursday, January 4, 2024 from 5:00 p.m. until 10:00 p.m.
