A native of Jarreau, Jo passed away peacefully, after a 10 year battle with cancer, at her home in Plain City, Utah on May 21, 2026, surrounded by family. Jo was 70 years of age. She is survived by her best friend and husband Jeff Healy; two sons, John Cope (wife December); Josh Cope (partner Erin Mathis). She was the proud grandmother of Dalton Cope (wife Emily), Gracie-Jo Flynn-Cope (husband Skyler), Haylee Cope (partner Jackson), Brennen Willliamsen, and Jaxon Cope. She was blessed with 4 great grandchildren: Dax, Maverick, Ronan, and Jasper. She is also survived by two sisters; Kathryn Saizan and Claire Brandt; 2 nieces and 5 nephews. Preceded in death by daughter, Mary Cope; parents Urbin (Yang) Olinde and Lillie Grace (Babe) David Olinde; sister Gloria Jean Olinde LeCoq; niece EddyRae Saizan David.
